Not yet, but it's a pretty safe assumption that dead wrestler + hotel room = drug problem. It's widely known Eddie had been dealing with "personal demons" in the past, even getting released by WWE at one point then rehired after he'd supposedly cleaned up. I'd heard reports that Eddie was very distraught that business declined during his reign as WWE champion last year, that may have pushed him back onto drugs.
Very sad, considering the same thing happened to his best friend and tag team partner Art Barr in 1995.

More info:
According to PWTorch, Eddie Guerrero had breakfast this morning with Chavo Guerrero and at least one other wrestler, then returned to his hotel room. When he didn't come out of his room in the expected amount of time, friends went looking for him and found him dead.
Guerrero has a long history of battling pain pill addiction, a struggle that was chronicled in a UPN special last year which is now on DVD. There is no firm confirmation, though, at this time, that his death was related to his lifelong battle. ------------------------------------------------- Eddie Guerrero was found in his hotel room in Minneapolis with his toothbrush in his mouth. He apparently died while brushing his teeth. At this point, the belief among WWE personnel is that Guerrero died of heart failure.
Shortly after Guerrero's body was found and removed from the room, Chris Benoit, Rey Mysterio, Dean Malenko and Chavo Guerrero visited the hotel room to say their goodbyes. WWE wrestlers and staffers were visibly shaken and emotional while leaving the hotel to go the Target Center, the site of tonight's Raw/Smackdown taping. Word from WWE sources is that the tenor of tonight's taping will be dramatically different and that the Smackdown show will need to be revised.

Vince McMahon and Chavo Guerrero held a press conference earlier today to speak on the death of Eddie Guerrero. Below are the highlights.
- Chavo said that he found Eddie's body at around 7AM this morning. He said a member of security told him that Eddie did not respond to his wake up call. Chavo said that Eddie had opted out of having breakfast in favor of room service but had said that he would come to the gym later. Chavo did confirm that he had a meal with Eddie in the early hours of Sunday after arriving in Minneapolis from Phoenix.
- Vince McMahon said that BOTH the RAW and Smackdown tapings tonight would be dedicated to Eddie and that the workers who will appear on the shows are doing so voluntary. He also said that they will work as "human beings, not so much as performers."
- Chavo said he was given the option of returning home, staying at the hotel, or wrestling tonight, and picked wrestling.
- Chavo said that the Guerrero family is "devastated."
- Chavo said that Eddie recently celebrated four years of sobriety from alcohol and prescription and pain killers.
- Vince said he had no idea what caused Eddie's death.
- Vince said Eddie's family would receive royalties "forever."
- Vince said it will be tough to get over, but that Eddie would want the "show to go on."

Wow, he was such an amazing talented wrestler...and a great performer.
It's a shame that he may not have realized the WWE suffers from poor writing, not from Eddie having the championship belt! *lol*
