Alright so I've got a question regarding the CRF championship. I know it has to be defended at the PPV of the title holder among the shows contenders every month.
HOWEVER whilst we've assumed it can't happen, it is never specified if a CRF contender can challenge the CRF champion to a CRF championship match at a regular event in 1-on-1 style format.
So Fighter, I'm asking you now, can it be done?

Show: Cross Brand (All Shows) This division is open only to CRF Legends who have held at least one other CRF title in their career. Superstars compete for the CRF Title and become the CRF Champion. The champion will compete on all three shows, alternating each week. The order will be Judgement, Carnage, Mayhem. The champion always defends his title at the PPV of the show he is a member of. The other shows will determine a #1 contender prior to the PPV event. The #1 contenders will compete at the PPV of the show where the champion belongs. There are no match restrictions for this division. Each show is responsible for providing a Contender for the CRF Championship match. If only one show supplies a Contender, then it could happen.

Yes that's at the PPV.
I'm asking if a CRF championship could occur outside of a PPV event.
I did see that "The champion always defends his title at the PPV of the show he is a member of. " line. However, the "always" could be interpreted as "The title will always be defended at the PPV" or "The title will at least always be defended at the PPV"
So yeah...that.

The CRF champ gets a schedule ahead of time and competes on each show at least once during the month. The idea was for the title to be defended only at the PPV to allow for this to happen.
I never specifically said it could not happen outside a PPV but if it did it would throw off the schedule for the champ. So I think the easiest thing to do is to continue defending it at the PPV events.
As for a 1 on 1 match up that can still happen at the PPV. It is the GM's call as to how the CRF Title match will take place. The GM could make the other contenders battle it out first, and then let the champ defend it 1 on 1. Or he could do a fatal four way match, battle royal, etc....
The idea here is to let the GMs get creative with matches to make them more exciting.
I hope this answers your question.
