Alright. Matt suggested the idea of making each CRF wrestler a contract. There'd be salaries, of course. But I need a good 5-10 ideas which must be Fighter-X approved. I'm not very idea-thinking today, but I came up with this.
Two salary options Option 1: Payment via appearance. Each show appearance gets you x amount of dollars. Option 2: Payment via match victory. Each match you win gets you x amount of dollars times 2.
Rematch clauses. Self explanatory.
That's it. Any more ideas, list them here in a decent format.

Interesting...
We tried this a while ago with a point system to be managed by The Enforcer.
It was very time consuming and if the accountant didn't stay right on top of things, it got real ugly, real quick.
I'm not saying it's a bad idea, it's just one that requires time, dediacation, and someone that will stay with the program for more then a couple of weeks, then get bored with it, and/or try to pawn it off to someone else.

if you have the time to do the power 20, the magazine and the updates go ahead........but the contracts is such a bigger commitement and would take alot of your time.....cause you would be expecting to do every wrestler on a weekly basis....then also take care of the new guys....you would have to simulate how much they get payed.....and make it fair so you don't get fights.....umm like i said in the other topic.......It doesn't matter if we have it or don't have it..crf will still be crf...the people will be still here and hell i don't think anyones to overally concerned with having there own personal contract and if they are they can make one for themselfs

Hey, I think that this is a job too great for one person, the minimum I think would be three people (shows) or 2 (two people for each show) but in saying that we'd have to find these people who would be ready to do this week after week...
