Livewire's theme hits the speakers and Livewire comes rushing down to the ring. He jumps inside the ring and the fans can see he is wearing the Mayhem title belt. Livewire grabs a microphone and begins to speak.
I am here tonight to speak directly to the supposed true champion, Darkness. I understand you are on a rampage against all the current world title holders. I watched you make Magician tap out and I must admit I am a little apprehensive about our match at Mayhem.
But then I think back to my match against Draven earlier in the night. And I realize something. Darkness, you tried to help Draven defeat me but you failed. Even with your help he could not defeat me. eXtinction may be down but we are not out yet.
Livewire points to himself.
I'm still here. I beat Draven and Darkness once and I will do it again. Darkness, your reign of terror will end at Mayhem. You will be defeated by the high flying, death defying, live wire running loose. Prepare to be shocked.
