Round Three - Ultimate Champ Contest

[Draven]

Draven's theme begins to play and the crowd responds with boos. The CRF chairman makes his way to the ring and seems to be enjoying himself. As the heat from the crowd dies down Draven speaks out.

Last week I told everyone the harsh reality that the old Fighter-X days of the CRF are finished. Many of you fans booed me and cheered for some of the has beens to return. Aside from a few minor glitches that just has not happened. You people need to accept the fact that the new CRF is here now and it is better than ever. All you had to do is watch the Ultimate Championship Contest to see exactly what I am talking about.

Draven moves his head up and down in an arrogant fashion.

After looking at the standings it becomes clear that those who are with me are way ahead of those who supported the old boss. Extinction claimed that they were going to win this thing but the true superstars in the CRF knew better. In the end our new champion will be someone we can be proud of and it won't be any of eXtinction.

This brings more boos from the fans at ringside.

So this brings me to Round Three. Just like Round Two, Mayhem will begin with a battle royal involving all six challengers. Now the battle royal is important for two reasons. The first reason is obvious, the winner will get another point added to their total. The second reason is what makes this more interesting.

The elimination order will determine the three teams for the final match. The first two eliminated will be Team 1, the next two will be Team 2, and the final two will be Team 3. These three teams will then compete in a Triple Threat Tornado Tag Ladder match up. High above the ladder will be a briefcase that will contain a bonus point. Whoever pulls the briefcase down will win the match and be awarded another point, however, they will also be faced with a tough decision. They must hand the briefcase to one of the other 5 people involved. It does not have to be the person they teamed up with.

Draven laughs at this latest twist that is sure to cause some controversy.

I can hardly wait to see what will happen on Mayhem. Let the new era in the CRF continue.

("Immortal" by Adema begins to play over the loudspeakers, as Gary Phoenix makes his way to the ring. He enters, and grabs a mic)

You know, this past Sunday, I may have lost to Jake Jones, but other than that, it was pretty exciting. The battle royal came down to me and Jake, and he was the better man in that one... Its not often you will hear me call him a "better man", but Sunday he was.

On a good note, my team got the win in the main event 6 man elimination tag match. I wish I could have teamed up with my fellow eXtinction members Livewire and Magician, but unfortunetly, it didnt turn out that way. Our team won without anybody getting eliminated though. For the first time ever, I felt what it was like to be booed. I know you fans werent booing me, as I was cheered when I was doing battle in that match against Vayne, but all in all, my team got booed, I mean, that was pretty much expected though, as two eXtinction members were on the other team, along with Vayne, whereas it was reversed with my team, which had to members of Draven's allies, and only one member of eXtinction.

To be honest, being booed really fired me up, it made me feel like I had something to prove, it made me unleash a deep down anger that I havnt ever felt in a wrestling ring before. When I was watching Darkness destroying Livewire, I just wanted to attack Darkness, but yet, in a way, it felt so right to see my team winning, and I was torn inside, I didnt know what to do. But enough about that, I still love the feeling of you fans cheering me anyday of the week!

(The crowd cheers, as Gary turns to Draven)

Draven, I helped two of your allies score points. Dont say I never did anything for you. But you know what, it was only because I had no choice. I dont think you will like me holding the new CRF World Championship Draven, but get used to it, because its unavoidable, its gonna happen. Face it, its prophecy, Gary Phoenix, the CRF's first undisputed world champion. Oh, and when I do win the title, ill tell you what, Draven, ill give you the first shot at me, so I can beat you fair and square. Last time we were in the ring toghether, Darkness caused you to beat me. Last time I checked, I have beaten you before one on one, remember that.
