Can anyone explain to me how to take a screen shot? Or is it something that takes alot of time to explain?

It depends on what software you have. Some video players let you take one directly as you're playing the file.
I use VirtualDub. Open the video file in Virtual Dub, then move the slider to the scene you want a still for, and use the menu to "Snapshot source frame" and save it as a file.
Unfortunately, they'll come out without the right colors, which is why I use Photoshop to adjust them and despeckle a bit.

on winamp it wont let you tske screenshots... but ordinarily you can press CTRL+Print ScRN
